Progressive Surgical Solutions, a division of BSM Consulting since 2018, was born in 2002 when surgeons began turning to Regina Boore for compliance assistance as surgery centers came under increasing regulation. Regina was an ASC Administrator at the time with a reputation for successfully navigating the regulatory maze. Since then PSS has grown into an internationally respected consulting firm specializing in compliance, development, and management of outpatient surgery centers.

We continue to bring the same “hands-on” expertise to each project that attracted those first surgeons. Most of our consultants are nurses. All consultants currently work in ASCs. Our assessments and recommendations come from more than 125 years of combined ASC work experience. Plus, we have touched ASCs in 49 states, Puerto Rico, and 6 Canadian provinces. We not only see firsthand what’s working and what’s not, we have access to hundreds of survey reports that give us a unique insight into the Medicare and accreditation surveyor perspective.
