Mr. Foote joined BSM in 2022 and is located in Olympic Valley, Calif.

Prior to becoming director of recruitment services, he spent four years working for BSM as an independent contractor. During this time, Mr. Foote led executive recruitment engagements for BSM clients.

As a senior talent acquisition leader, he has more than 13 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industries.

In his current role, Mr. Foote helps fill executive and leadership positions for private practices and MSOs. His primary responsibilities include:

• Leading BSM’s Retained Executive Search Division, which places CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CDOs, CTOs, CIOs, and administrators within the country's largest ophthalmology, dermatology, and cosmetic surgery practices 
• Identifying, developing, and coaching clients on best practices, operational efficiency, and process improvement for talent acquisition
• Providing full-cycle executive search, client management, and workforce planning solutions
• Negotiating compensation and benefits for new hires
