Cindy Krause joined Progressive Surgical Solutions — a division of BSM specializing in ASC development and management — in 2021. She is based in Phoenix, Ariz.

Prior to joining BSM, she spent three years serving as the Director of Training for a large ophthalmology practice.

Ms. Krause has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership and training and more than 10 years of combined experience in ophthalmic, multi-specialty, and ambulatory surgery environments, including 14 years working as a registered nurse.
