Ms. McElheny joined Progressive Surgical Solutions — a division of BSM specializing in ASC development and management — in 2022. She is located in Gallitzin, Pa.

Prior to joining BSM, she spent 12 years serving as the Clinical Director/Administrator, Quality Assurance Coordinator, and Infection Preventionist for a high-volume ophthalmic ambulatory surgery center in central Pa.

Ms. McElheny has 15 years of nursing experience, dedicated solely to the ambulatory surgery center setting.
