Bruce Maller

Chairman of the Board

Mr. Maller has served as Chairman of the BSM Board of Directors for more than 40 years. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Mr. Maller founded BSM Consulting — an internationally recognized healthcare consulting firm — in 1978, where he served as president and CEO up to his retirement in 2021.

During his tenure at BSM, Mr. Maller used his exceptional practice management expertise in strategic planning, financial planning and benchmarking, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, succession planning, and business development to help clients across the globe.

Judy Williams

Board Member

Ms. Williams joined the BSM Board of Directors in 2022 and is located in Phoenix, Ariz.

As the current President and CEO of BSM Consulting, she oversees the company’s strategy and business operations. Prior to this role, she spent more than 25 years working in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, holding business management and senior leadership positions.

With more than 30 years of strategic leadership experience, Ms. Williams is passionate about building and re-engineering teams and businesses, well as inspiring and engaging leaders and their teams to achieve amazing business outcomes.

Hank Kucheman

Board Member

Mr. Kucheman joined the BSM Board of Directors in 2022 and is located in Boston, Mass.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of BioStar Capitol, a value-add investment firm focused on transformational medical device technologies in cardiovascular and orthopedic medicine.

Prior to this role, Mr. Kucheman was the CEO for Boston Scientific, a medical device manufacturer focused on leading global markets for less invasive medical devices.

Mr. Kucheman has served on several industry boards, including the board of directors of the Global Health Exchange.

Kyle A. Bohannon

Board Member

Mr. Bohannon joined the BSM Board of Directors in 2022 and is located in Rumson, N.J.

Currently, he serves as the CEO of Enhance Therapies, a clinically oriented, patient-centered family of companies that partners with the most respected therapy operators to provide excellent patient care.

Prior to this role, Mr. Bohannon was the President and CEO for American Vision Partners, one of the nation's largest eyecare physician practice management organizations.

In addition to serving as a board member for BSM Consulting, Mr. Bohannon has served as a Board Member for the Great Hearts Academy and as Chairman of the Board for Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels.
